You add a client from the Clients page in the Agency section of the sidebar by clicking Add client. It is one email invite. If the address already belongs to a Convultra account, that account is linked to your agency straight away; anyone else receives an invitation to create one. Either way the client ends up linked to your agency, with 1,000 conversions a month added to your pooled allowance.

The steps

  1. On Clients, click Add client.
  2. Enter the client’s email address. Add an internal note if you want one; the client does not see it.
  3. Click Send invite.
  • The address already has a Convultra account. The client appears in your list immediately, with their existing projects, and you can log in as them, manage integrations and include them in reports. There is nothing for the client to approve.
  • The address is new to Convultra. The client receives an invitation to set up an account. Until they accept, the row shows as invited. Once they do, they are linked to your agency and you can create their first project.

If the invitation does not arrive, ask the client to check spam, then send it again.

What it costs

Agency plans are priced per client per month with a minimum of 5 clients and better rates from 10 and from 25 clients, billed monthly or 20% less on annual. Rates are quoted on request: email partners@convultra.com. Every client gets Growth features and 1,000 tracked conversions a month, pooled across your agency, so a quiet client’s allowance covers a busy one. Every extra 1,000 conversions over the pool counts as one more client. There are no overage fees. You bill your clients whatever you like. Plan details are on Pricing.

What to do first for a new client

  1. Create the project if the client is new: click New project on their row and enter the name, domain and timezone. Match the timezone to the client’s ad account so daily figures line up.
  2. Install tracking. Click Log in as client, open Tracking health, and follow the WordPress plugin or script instructions for their platform. You do not need to wait for the client to accept the invitation.
  3. Send a test conversion and confirm it in Conversions.
  4. Connect Google Ads under Integrations, choose the conversion action and send a test conversion. See Connecting Google Ads.
  5. Exclude internal IPs, both yours and the client’s, under Settings → Tracking → Excluded IPs.
  6. Consider monitoring mode for the first week if the client is nervous about changing what Google Ads sees. See Monitoring mode.

Giving the client their own access

The client owns their account and can sign in directly. To give their staff access, invite them from the client account’s Account → Team with a suitable role. Viewer is right for stakeholders who only need reports. See Inviting your team.

Removing a client

Open the row’s menu on the Clients page and click Remove from agency. The client keeps their account and data, and their projects immediately leave your dashboard, reports and any agency API key.
