For lead generation

Every lead, credited to the ad that paid for it

Long sales cycles, forms that submit without a thank-you page and CRM stages nobody feeds back to the platform leave Google bidding on a fraction of your real pipeline. Convultra keeps the click ID for the whole journey and sends the lead, and its value, server-side.

What breaks in lead gen

Four places lead tracking quietly fails

Forms Submit without a page load Embedded and AJAX forms never redirect to a thank-you page, so the conversion tag has nothing to fire on.
Cycle The click expires before the deal A gclid captured on Monday is gone from the browser by the time the lead qualifies three weeks later.
Calls Phone leads never touch the site A call from the ad, or from a landing page, produces no browser event at all unless something records it.
Quality Every lead counts the same Without values, a junk inquiry and a closed deal teach the algorithm the same lesson.
Built for pipelines

Leads with the context Google needs

Form and call tracking The WordPress plugin picks up forms, calls and downloads out of the box. Any form can send a lead with one call to the SDK.
Enhanced conversions Hashed email, phone and name sent with the lead so Google can match it even when the click ID is gone.
Click ID persistence gclid, gbraid and wbraid stored first-party and kept for the whole consideration window.
Lead values Send a value with the lead, or a different value per stage, so bidding optimizes for qualified pipeline rather than volume.
CRM stage feedbackComing soon Closed-won values sent back to the ad platform that generated the lead.
Delivery log Every lead, its destination, its status and the platform response, so a broken connection shows up the same day.
Setup · Lead gen
01
Install WordPress plugin, GTM template or one script tag. Forms and calls are detected automatically on WordPress.
02
Send the lead For custom forms, one SDK call with the email and phone the visitor gave you. Convultra hashes them before they leave.
03
Connect Google Ads Authorize once. Conversion actions are mapped for you and enhanced conversions are on by default.

No thank-you page required

Convultra records the lead from the submission itself, not from a page that may never load. Values and stages can follow later through the tracking endpoint.

Before you install

Do you support offline conversion import?

Convultra sends leads and their values server-side to Google Ads using the stored click ID, which covers most offline-conversion use cases without a spreadsheet upload. Automatic CRM stage feedback is coming soon; in the meantime your own systems can POST stage values to the tracking endpoint.

Which CRMs do you integrate with?

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations are coming soon. Today any CRM that can call a webhook can send a conversion with a value attached through the tracking endpoint.

Can I track phone calls?

Calls placed from a tracked page are recorded as conversions by the WordPress plugin and the SDK. Calls that never touch the site need a call-tracking provider that can post to the tracking endpoint.

Is the personal data safe?

Email, phone and name are SHA-256 hashed before they are sent to any ad platform, and only to the platforms you connect. Convultra respects consent: when a visitor declines tracking, nothing is recorded or forwarded.
