What counts as a tracked conversion?
A purchase, lead, signup, subscription, contact, booking or download that Convultra records as a conversion. Page views, clicks, add to cart, view content and other analytics events are free and never count, even when we send them to your ad platforms.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing stops. Every conversion still reaches your ad platforms. If you're over your limit two months in a row, we move you to the next plan and tell you seven days before. There are no overage fees.
Is there a page view limit?
Each plan has a fair-use allowance: 250,000 page views a month on Starter, 1 million on Growth and 3 million on Scale. Most sites never get close. If you're well over for a couple of months, we'll get in touch rather than cut anything off.
What's a project?
A project is one business or brand. It covers all the domains that business uses, such as your main site, shop and checkout. Starter includes 1 project, Growth 3 and Scale 10. Extra projects are $19 a month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Growth free. You add a card at signup and the first charge is at the end of the trial, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. At the end, pick the plan that fits. If you're low volume and need longer to see results, ask us and we'll extend it to 30 days.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every account is a paying account, which is how we keep support fast.
How does agency pricing work?
Agencies pay a wholesale rate per client, with a minimum of 5 clients and better rates from 10 and from 25 clients. Rates are quoted on request; ask us and we will send them the same day. Every client gets Growth features and 1,000 conversions a month, pooled across your agency. You bill your clients whatever you like. Every extra 1,000 conversions over your pool counts as one more client.
Can I resell Convultra under my own brand?
Yes. Agency plans include white-label client reports and client logins. From 10 clients you can have a branded client portal on your own domain (coming soon).
What is AI Attribution?
AI Attribution shows the visitors who arrive from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, split by platform, along with the conversions and revenue they bring. It's included on every plan.
What is Audience Sync?
Audience Sync builds audiences from your conversion data, such as everyone who bought in the last 90 days or spent over $500, and keeps them up to date in Google Ads Customer Match and OpenAI Ads Custom Audiences. Growth includes 5 audiences synced daily. Scale includes unlimited audiences synced hourly. Meta and Microsoft destinations are coming soon.
What's the difference between Growth and Scale?
Scale gives you 15,000 conversions instead of 5,000, 10 projects instead of 3, unlimited audiences synced hourly, higher API limits, 24 months of history and an onboarding call.
Can you set it up for us?
Yes. A done-for-you setup is $199 one-off, and free on annual Growth plans and above.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20%.
Which currencies do you charge in?
USD, GBP and EUR. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and run to the end of the month you've paid for.
