A tracked conversion is any event that Convultra sends to your connected ad platforms as a conversion action. This includes purchases, signups, leads, and any other event you configure as a conversion in your dashboard. Pageviews, clicks, and other analytics events are free and do not count toward your limit.

We will never cut off your tracking mid-month. If you reach your limit, we keep recording your data and show you a notification in your dashboard. Conversions beyond your limit are logged but not forwarded to ad platforms until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

AI Attribution is our machine learning model that analyses cross-platform conversion paths and helps you understand which channels are driving value. It tracks traffic from AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, and recommends budget allocation across channels.

Audience Sync is an upcoming feature that lets you define rules (like "orders over £500" or "repeat purchasers") and automatically sync those audiences to your connected ad platforms. It will be available on Growth (5 audiences, daily sync) and Scale (unlimited audiences, real-time sync) plans, as well as for Agency Programme clients.

Both plans include AI Attribution and all core features. Scale offers 10,000 tracked conversions (vs 5,000), 24-month analytics retention (vs 12), and a dedicated Slack support channel. When Audience Sync launches, Scale will also include unlimited audiences with real-time sync, while Growth includes 5 audiences with daily sync.
