Client management
The Clients page, the portfolio strip, client states, adding clients by email, logging in as a client, creating projects and removing a client.
On this page · 6 sections
The Clients page is where you add, view and manage the client accounts linked to your agency. You can see each client’s state at a glance, open their projects, and log in as a client when you need to configure something or troubleshoot.
Open Clients in the Agency section of the sidebar.
The portfolio strip
Across the top, six figures for the whole portfolio in the selected date range:
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Client revenue | Revenue tracked across every client |
| Client spend | Ad spend synced across every client |
| Blended ROAS | Client revenue divided by client spend |
| Conversions | Conversions tracked across every client |
| Delivery failing | How many clients have failed deliveries that need attention |
| Tracking healthy | How many clients have a script that is sending events |
The client list
Each client is one row, with their primary project’s domain, their conversions and revenue for the range, and a state:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Tracking is sending events and deliveries are succeeding |
| Spend warning | Ad spend is running without the conversions to justify it, or the cost sync needs attention |
| Script missing | No events have arrived from the tracking script |
| Delivery failing | Conversions are being recorded but uploads to an ad platform are failing |
| Paused | Monitoring mode is on, so nothing reaches the ad platforms |
| No projects | The client is linked but has no project yet |
Sort or filter by state to find the clients that need attention first.
Adding a client
Click Add client, enter the client’s email address and click Send invite. An existing Convultra account is linked straight away; anyone else receives an invitation to create one. There is no approval step. See Adding a client to an agency account for the short version, including billing.
Every client adds 1,000 conversions a month to your pooled allowance.
Actions on a client
Each row has three actions:
- Log in as client opens the client’s dashboard so you can configure settings, set up integrations or troubleshoot, without the client’s password. If your account already has access to the project, the dashboard switches to it in place; otherwise Convultra starts an audited session in the client’s account.
- New project creates a project under the client: name, domain and timezone. Use it for a client’s second site or for a newly invited client with no project yet.
- Remove from agency ends the relationship. The client keeps their account and data. Their projects immediately drop out of your agency dashboard, your reports and any agency API key.
Team, branding and billing
The Agency section of the sidebar also has Team, for the people at your agency who can see the portfolio, Branding, for the name and logo on client-facing reports, and Billing. Self-serve billing is not live yet; agency billing questions go to partners@convultra.com.
Requirements
