Agency reporting

The Agency Summary Report for you and Client Detail Reports for each client, how to schedule them, who receives them, and how to pull the same figures through the API.

Agency reporting is done by email. Instead of pulling numbers from each client, you schedule two kinds of report and Convultra sends them: a summary of the whole portfolio for you, and a detail report for each client. For a live view, the Clients page shows the portfolio strip and every client’s figures for any date range.

The settings live at /dashboard/agency/reports, reached from the Clients page.

The two reports

Agency Summary Report

One email covering the whole portfolio: client revenue, client spend, blended ROAS and conversions, with each client’s contribution, so you can see who is up, who is down and who needs attention before the client asks.

Client Detail Reports

One email per client with that client’s own figures: conversions, revenue, spend and ROAS where a cost sync is connected, and recovered conversions. Sent under your agency’s name and logo from Branding.

Scheduling

Each report has its own tab with the same settings:

  • Frequency: daily, weekly or monthly, with the day of the week for weekly reports
  • Recipients: add as many email addresses as you like; the first is your own by default
  • Send a preview to the first recipient to check the layout before it goes out
  • Save Settings to apply the schedule

A client that is linked but has no tracking data yet appears with zeros.

Through the API

An agency API key reaches every client you actively manage. list_projects returns each client’s projects with tracking health, and every other operation accepts any of those projects, so a single warehouse sync or MCP connection can cover the portfolio.

Requirements

  • An Agency plan
  • At least one linked client with tracking installed and sending conversions
