This page maps every setting in the Convultra dashboard, from your account and plan to project-level tracking configuration. Project settings save as you change them; there are no Save buttons.

Account

Profile

Account → General shows your profile (name, email, picture) and the plan you are on.

Billing

Self-serve billing is not in the dashboard yet. Plans and prices are on Pricing: Starter (1,000 tracked conversions a month, 1 project), Growth (5,000, 3 projects) and Scale (15,000, 10 projects), billed monthly or annually with 20% off annual, in USD, GBP or EUR, excluding VAT. Agencies pay per client. Enterprise starts at $599 a month. There are no overage fees: if you are over your limit two months running, you move up a plan with seven days’ notice.

For now, to change plan, update a payment method or request an invoice, email support@convultra.com. Full details in What counts as a conversion on my plan?

Need more than 15,000 conversions a month, SSO or a signed DPA? Use the contact form or email support@convultra.com about Enterprise.

Team

Invite and manage team members under Account → Team. See Inviting your team.

Monitoring mode

A banner at the top of Settings says whether monitoring mode is on or off, with a switch to change it. When it is on, conversions are recorded but nothing reaches the ad platforms; the same banner appears on the Conversion delivery page. Use it to test a setup, audit against your existing pixel, or roll out gradually. See Monitoring mode.

Settings → Project

The project name, the domain and the project ID.

Settings → Tracking

Install

  • Project API key, the proj_... key the script and plugin use, shown in full with a Copy button. It is public and write-only, so it is safe in a page. Secret sk_ keys for the REST API and MCP server live under Settings → Developer.
  • Snippet, a link to the Tracking health page, which holds the ready-made install instructions for HTML, React, WordPress, Shopify and the API and lets you download the WordPress plugin. The snippet is the same for every custom domain.
  • A Script seen indicator showing when the script last sent an event.

Enhanced conversions

Two switches:

  • Detect user data in conversion payloads marks conversions as Enhanced-eligible when known user fields (email, phone, name, address) are present in the tracked payload. This only changes what the dashboard shows.
  • Forward auto-detected user data to ad platforms lets those detected fields be used when sending conversions. Leave it off if only user data you pass explicitly should be forwarded. It has no effect until detection is on.

The conversion drawer shows whether eligible data came from manual user data (SDK or plugin) or from auto-detected fields. See Enhanced conversions.

Deduplication

Four windows, one per method, each with its default:

WindowCatchesDefault
Conversion IDThe same order or lead ID arriving twice24 hours
Click IDThe same gclid, fbclid or msclkid converting twice60 minutes
Event IDExact duplicate events, usually a double-fired tag5 minutes
FingerprintRapid repeats from one device with no ID5 minutes

Longer windows stop more duplicates but can block a legitimate second purchase. See Deduplication.

Custom tracking domains

Up to 5 first-party subdomains per project, each needing one CNAME record. See Custom tracking domains.

Excluded IPs

Office, home and VPN addresses, dropped before ingest so they never reach a report:

  • type a single IP, such as 203.0.113.50, or a CIDR range, such as 203.0.113.0/24, add an optional label and click Add
  • or click Add my IP to add your current address in one step

See IP exclusions.

Settings → Attribution

The attribution models and windows that decide how credit is assigned to a conversion. The First touch vs last touch switch on the Sources page only changes how you look at the numbers; this tab changes how they are calculated.

Settings → Data

  • Reporting currency. Every figure on every page, in email reports and in shared reports is shown in this currency. Each conversion keeps its original amount and currency alongside.
  • Export, a portable file of the project’s data or your whole account.
  • Delete this project. Tracking stops immediately and the project leaves every report; it can be restored within 30 days. See Managing projects.

Settings → Developer

  • API keys for the REST API and MCP server: Create key, choose its scopes, and Revoke when it is no longer needed. Each plan allows a set number of live keys.
  • Connected apps, the assistants and tools you have authorized through OAuth.

See API keys and agency access.

Privacy

Convultra’s data handling is designed to support your compliance work:

  • Personal data used for enhanced conversions is hashed with SHA-256 before it is sent to any ad platform. See Enhanced conversions.
  • When a visitor has declined tracking, through a consent banner that records the denial, a cookies_declined cookie or Do Not Track, the script does not run and nothing is recorded or forwarded for them. See consent management platforms.
  • The REST API and MCP server never return IP addresses, user agents, fingerprints or coordinates. See Privacy and redaction.

Convultra gives you the tools; your overall collection practices and legal basis remain your responsibility. For a DPA or data protection questions, email privacy@convultra.com; for security questions, security@convultra.com.
