The Conversions page lists every conversion Convultra has tracked. Use it to see what is converting, where conversions come from, and whether they reached your ad platforms.

The stat strip

StatWhat it shows
ConversionsConversion events in the selected range
RevenueTheir combined value, in the project’s reporting currency
Average valueRevenue divided by conversions
Conv. rateConversions divided by visitors
Time to convertTypical time from a visitor’s first visit to their conversion

Below the strip, the Revenue and conversions chart plots the range by day. Switch the chart between revenue, conversions and conversion rate. For a side-by-side comparison of channels, use the Sources page.

The conversions table

The Every conversion table lists each conversion, newest first, with a count of conversions and, when you include micro events, of all events.

Columns

ColumnDescription
TypePurchase, Lead, Signup and so on
ValueThe conversion’s value
SourceWhere the visitor came from
PathThe touchpoints before converting
To convertTime from first visit to conversion
LocationCountry and city
DeliverySent, Pending, Failed or Not forwarded

Not forwarded means no attempt was made to send the conversion to an ad platform, usually because there was no ad click or paid source to send it to. It is not a failure. See Events show as pending and never send.

Search and filters

  • Search by order ID, email or value
  • Type: Conversions only (the default) or All events, or a single event type
  • Source: all sources, or one
  • Delivery: all delivery states, or Sent, Pending, Failed or Not forwarded
  • Date range: the shared date control at the top of the page

You can save the current combination of filters as your default view with Save view.

Export

Click Export to download the table as a CSV named for the date range. The export respects your filters, so filter first if you need a subset. For ongoing pulls, the API list_conversions operation supports incremental fetches with since=.

Conversions versus all events

Convultra separates conversions (business outcomes) from micro events (steps toward one).

Conversions

These are what the page shows with the Conversions only filter. They count toward totals and your plan limit, and they are forwarded to ad platforms:

TypeTypical use
PurchaseCompleted orders
LeadForm submissions, quote requests, inquiries
SignupAccount registrations
SubscriptionRecurring plan signups
DownloadApp, file or resource downloads
ContactContact form submissions, phone calls
ScheduleAppointment or demo bookings

All events

Switching the type filter to All events adds micro events, the intent signals before a conversion:

TypeTypical use
Add to CartItems added to a cart
View ContentKey page views such as product or pricing pages
Begin CheckoutCheckout started

Micro events are not in conversion totals, are never forwarded to ad platforms, and never count toward your plan. They are there to show the customer journey and where people drop out. The Events page in the sidebar lists every event type your site records, with funnels and a live activity log. See What counts as a conversion on my plan?

Conversion details

Click any row to open the detail drawer. It shows:

  • Conversion data: type, value, currency, order ID, timestamp
  • Attribution: source, click ID, conversion path
  • Delivery: one line per connected platform with the state of the last attempt and the reason for any failure. A failed attempt can be retried from here, and the line links to the matching rows on the Conversion delivery page.
  • Enhanced Eligible: whether user data (email, phone, name) is present for enhanced conversions, and whether it came from the SDK or plugin or from auto-detected payload fields
  • Recovery: whether the conversion is one the platform’s own pixel would have missed, and why. See Recovery tracking.

Enhanced Eligible appears even before any platform upload, so you can confirm your setup is capturing the right data before connecting an integration. See Enhanced conversions.

The drawer also lets you remove a conversion, for example a test order. Removing one takes it out of every figure and, if it qualified someone for an audience, out of that audience on the next sync.
