The Overview dashboard

What the metric strip, the sections beneath it, the date range and the project switcher show, and how fresh the numbers are.

The Overview is the first page you see when you sign in. It summarizes revenue, conversions, traffic and where it all came from for the selected project and date range, with every figure compared against the previous period.

Metric strip

MetricWhat it shows
RevenueThe value of conversions in the range, in the project’s reporting currency
ConversionsConversions in the range
Conv. rateConversions divided by visitors
Blended ROASRevenue divided by synced ad spend, with the spend figure underneath. Shown once at least one ad spend sync (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or OpenAI Ads) is connected.
Avg. valueRevenue divided by conversions. Shown in place of Blended ROAS until a spend sync is connected.
VisitorsUnique visitors
AI referral rev.Revenue from human sessions whose referrer is a known AI assistant. Already counted in every total.

Beneath the strip, three quick facts: Top country (the country sending the most visitors, with its share and revenue), Desktop (the share of visitors on desktop, with the revenue they produced) and Returning (the share of conversions that came from returning visitors).

Blended ROAS is total revenue divided by total spend across every connected platform, including revenue from sources with no spend.

Sections

  • Revenue by source, revenue over the range split by where visitors came from.
  • Sources, the top sources with their visitors, conversions and revenue. The full table is on the Sources page.
  • First touch vs last touch, how credit moves between channels depending on which touch you count.
  • Landing pages by revenue, the pages visitors arrived on, ranked by the revenue those visits produced.
  • AI referrals, visitors and revenue per assistant. See AI referral tracking.
  • Filtered out, what was removed before counting: bots and AI crawlers, and traffic from your excluded IPs. Nothing here appears in any other figure.
  • Pinned from Events, any widgets you have pinned from the Events page.

Project switcher

If you have more than one project, use the switcher in the top navigation. The Overview updates instantly. See Managing projects.

Date range

The date control at the top is shared by every page. The presets are Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 3 months, Last 6 months and Last 12 months, plus Custom range to match a campaign flight, reporting period or billing cycle.

Days start and end in the project’s timezone, chosen when the project was created. That is what keeps your figures aligned with your ad platform, which reports in the ad account’s timezone.

Data freshness

Data updates in near real time, typically within a minute or two, without refreshing the page. After installing or changing tracking, allow a few minutes for the first data points. If nothing appears after 10 minutes, see Troubleshooting.

Setup progress

The install checklist (script installed, conversion event marked, ad platform connected, your own IP excluded) lives on the Tracking health page, along with the snippets for each platform and a live view of events arriving.

The same numbers elsewhere

The metric strip is available as one call through the API and MCP server: get_overview returns revenue, conversions, conversion rate, visitors, sessions, recovered figures and, with the right scope, spend and ROAS, with an optional comparison against the previous period.
